摘要
风电机组在我国的装机容量迅猛增长,齿轮箱是风力发电机组传动链系统一个重要的机械部件,在风电机组出质保期后,齿轮箱开始不同程度的出现问题,作为齿轮箱强制润滑和冷却回路的电动油泵循环回路也开始出现问题,强制润滑及冷却的电动油泵循环回路在冬季问题更加突出,风电机组一旦在北方的冬季故障停机,风机再启机时,润滑油需要加热到允许温度比较困难,润滑油需要经过长时间的加热才能达到允许风电机组启机的温度值,此过程严重影响风电机组的可利用率和发电效益,因此解决双馈型风力发电机组齿轮箱相关问题尤为重要。文中就低温型风电机组齿轮箱电动油泵循环回路问题做了分析和说明,并就反复出现的问题提出了解决措施。
The installed capacity of wind turbines is increasing rapidly in China.Gearbox is an important mechanical component of the transmission chain system of wind turbines.After the guarantee period of wind turbines,the gearbox begins to have problems in varying degrees,and the cycle circuit of electric oil pump,which is the compulsory lubrication and cooling loop of the gearbox,also begins to appear.Problems,forced lubrication and cooling of the electric oil pump cycle in winter more prominent problems,once the wind turbine in the northern winter shutdown,fan restart,lubricant needs to be heated to the allowable temperature is more difficult,lubricant needs to be heated for a long time to reach the allowable wind turbine start-up temperature value Therefore,it is very important to solve the problems related to the gearbox of doubly fed wind turbine.This paper analyzes and explains the circulating circuit of the electric oil pump in the gearbox of the low temperature wind turbine,and puts forward some measures to solve the recurrent problems.
