摘要
为了研究次轻页岩集料混凝土的基本力学性能,以取代率为变化参数,用碎石、河砂分别取代全轻混凝土中的陶粒、陶砂,配制形成石轻混凝土、砂轻混凝土。对其立方体抗压强度、轴心抗压强度、劈裂抗拉强度、抗折强度、弹性模量和泊松比等基本力学性能指标开展了试验研究,获取了次轻页岩集料混凝土的受力破坏形态,分析了取代率对次轻页岩集料混凝土力学性能指标的影响规律。建立了次轻页岩集料混凝土弹性模量、轴心抗压强度与立方体抗压强度换算关系、拉压比与泊松比关系等计算模型。研究结果表明:随着碎石、河砂取代率的增加,次轻页岩集料混凝土的立方体抗压强度、轴心抗压强度、劈裂抗拉强度及抗折强度逐渐增大,弹性模量逐渐增大;石轻混凝土的泊松比呈先减小后增大的变化规律;砂轻混凝土的泊松比则逐渐减小。通过引入取代率影响参数,所建立的计算模型简单实用,计算精度良好。
In order to study the basic mechanical properties of specified density shale aggregate concrete,based on different replacement rates,stone-lightweight aggregate concrete and sand-lightweight aggregate concrete are prepared by replacing the ceramsite and pottery sand with gravel and river sand respectively.Tests on the basic mechanical property indexes including cube compressive strength,axial compressive strength,splitting tensile strength,flexural strength,elastic modulus and Poisson’s ratio are carried out,the failure modes of specified density shale aggregate concrete are obtained,the influence replacement rates made on the mechanical property indexes of specified density shale aggregate concrete is analyzed,the calculation models for elastic modulus,the conversion relations between the axial compressive strength and the cube compressive strength,the relations between the tension-compression ratio and the Poisson’s ratio are set up.It is shown with replacement rate of gravel or river sand increasing,the cube compressive strength,axial compressive strength,splitting tensile strength,flexural strength of specified density shale aggregate concrete increase gradually.Similarly,elasticmoduli increase gradually.However,Poisson’s ratio of stone-lightweight aggregate concrete decreases first and then increases,Poisson’s ratio of sand-lightweight aggregate concrete reduces gradually.After influence parameter of replacement rate is introduced,the established calculation models are simple and practical,and the calculation accuracies are favorable.
