This article summarizes the reform of the official vehicle utilization system, analyzes from the introduction of the Internet of Things technology into the vehicle comprehensive information management, vehicle monitoring management, and data rationality application of the health planning system(medical institutions, etc.), and concludes that effective, scientific, and intelligent management of modern official vehicle utilization is the inevitable development trend.
