摘要
目的探讨多糖铁复合物胶囊治疗孕产妇缺铁性贫血的疗效及对围产儿结局的影响。方法选择医院诊治的缺铁性贫血孕产妇100例,随机分为两组,各50例。对照组患者静脉注射蔗糖铁注射液,观察组口服多糖铁复合物胶囊(每日1次,每次2片),均给药至分娩前停药。结果治疗后,两组患者血液中血红蛋白、红细胞计数、红细胞压积、血清铁蛋白表达水平均升高,且观察组升高更明显(P<0.05);治疗后可溶性转铁蛋白表达水平降低,且观察组降低幅度更大(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组孕产妇妊娠高血压综合征以及产后并发症总发生率均低于对照组(P<0.05),围产儿宫内窘迫、早产、出生低体重的总发生率均低于对照组(P<0.05)。两组患者不良反应症状均较轻微,不影响治疗,但观察组不良反应总发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论多糖铁复合物胶囊治疗孕产妇缺铁性贫血的疗效显著,可显著改善患者血液学指标,明显降低孕期及分娩时孕产妇并发症改善围产儿结局,且不良反应较小,安全性高,值得推广。
Objective To discuss the effect of Polysaccharide Iron Complex Capsules on the perinatal fetus outcomes of maternal iron deficiency anemia. Methods 100 cases of pregnant women with iron deficiency anemia from February 2013 to May 2015 in the hospital were randomly divided into control group and observation group,50 cases in each group. The control group received intravenous iron sucrose,after monitoring of small doses tested on whether there were adverse reactions; the observation group was treated with Polysaccharide Iron Complex Capsules. Both groups were to be discontinued before delivery. Results After treatment, serum hemoglobin, red blood cell count,hematocrit,elevated serum ferritin average expression levels of both groups increased,and the increase of the observation group was significantly higher than those of the control group(P < 0. 05); soluble transferrin protein levels decreased in both groups, and the decrease in the observation group was more significant than the control group( P < 0. 05). The maternal pregnancy-induced hypertension and postpartum overall complication rate of the observation group were lower than those of the control group( P < 0. 05).The total incidence rates of total perinatal fetal distress, premature delivery, low birth weight of the observation group were lower than the control group. The symptoms of adverse reactions of the two groups were mild and did not affect the treatment,but the total incidence rate of adverse reactions of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group( P < 0. 05). Conclusion The Polysaccharide Iron Complex Capsules in treating maternal iron deficiency anemia has significant effect,can significantly improve iron deficiency anemia hematological indices, and significantly reduce pregnancy and childbirth complications, and improve maternal perinatal outcomes. It is safe with mild adverse reactions,and is worthy of clinical promotion.
