摘要
目的和方法北京大学医学部住院患者体验和满意监测(PKU-VPSM)工具是在维多利亚州患者满意监测(VPSM)的基础上开发出来的持续医院质量改进工具。2007年,北京大学医院管理研究中心使用该工具对北京地区3所大型综合医院实施了监测,并将其作为一个重要工具以辅助医院更好地持续改进服务质量。结果和讨论以被监测医院中的1所医院(A医院)为例,较为详细地介绍PKU-VPSM工具在应用PDCA循环法全面持续改进服务质量中的价值。PKU-VPSM可以在PDCA循环法的多个阶段发挥作用。
Objective and Method PKU-VPSM tools was developed on the basis of VPSM tools.In 2007,the Research Cesearch Center for Hospital Management of Peking University used the tools to monitor three major general hospitals of Beijing,with purpose of providing better information support to comprehensive and continuing quality improvement of the hospitals. Results and Discussion Rsearchers took one of the hospital for example and described the value of PKU-VPSM tool in the process of applying PDCA cycle for comprehensive and continuing quality improvement of medical services in details. PKU-VPSM plays multiple roles in the application of PDCA cycle.
