摘要
目的研制参芪培元口服液,确立质量标准,探讨药效。方法醇沉法制备,薄层色谱法控制质量标准,观察对大鼠及吗啡依赖小鼠的药效。结果口服液质量稳定,能降低大鼠全血比粘度,明显缩短红细胞电泳时间,对吗啡依赖小鼠胸腺及脾脏的萎缩有对抗作用。结论参芪培元口服液制备工艺及质量标准可行,对吗啡依赖病人有较好辅助治疗效果。
Objective To prepare the Shenqi Peiyuan(SQPY)Oral Liquid and establish the quality standard and study pharma-codynamics. Methods Prepared by alcohol - settled, quality controlled by TLC - identification, the effect in rats and in morphine -dependent - mice was observed. Results Quality was stable, relative viscosity of rats blood reduced, electrophoresis time of red cell shortened obviously, decline of spleen and pancreas of mice was prevented. Conclusion The preparation process and the quality standard was workable, it can be used to morphine or heroin addicts as an auxiliary drug.
