摘要
目的:分析医用直线加速器系统故障,通过预防性维护保养,减少医用直线加速器故障,保障患者放射治疗安全。方法:运用可靠性分析法与故障模式及影响分析(FMEA)法对医用直线加速器系统故障进行系统分析,在分析医用直线加速器加速管及束流系统、微波功率源及传输系统、电源及移动控制系统、温度控制系统、真空系统、患者支撑系统、剂量监测系统和辐射系统等结构特性的基础上,分别研究各系统的常见故障。结果:可靠性分析与FMEA结果通过绘制鱼骨图显示,医用直线加速器的主要故障集中在移动控制系统、恒温水循环系统、患者支撑系统、剂量监测系统以及辐射系统,并依据故障类型提出相应的维护保养方案与保障改进措施。结论:通过对医用直线加速器故障的可靠性分析,有助于设备使用和维护工程人员制定精准维护方案,为设备正常运行提供更安全、快速和稳定的保障,延长设备使用寿命。
Objective: To analyze the system fault of medical linear accelerator so as to reduce the fault of medical linear accelerator through preventive maintenance, and to ensure safety of patient in radiotherapy. Methods: The reliability analysis method was adopted to analyze system fault of medical linear accelerator, and to implement analysis on accelerator tube and beam system, microwave power source and transmission system, power supply and mobile control system, temperature control system, vacuum system, support system of patient, dose monitoring system and radiation system. And then the common faults included mobile control system, water circulation system with constant temperature, support system of patient, dose monitoring system and radiation system were further analyzed. Results: The structure and reliability foundation of medical linear accelerator system were deeply studied and analyzed, and corresponding maintenance schemes and safeguard improvement measures were put forward according to the types of faults. Conclusion: The reliability analysis for the faults of medical linear accelerator can help the personnel who use and maintain the equipment to ensure the normal operation of equipment safely, quickly and steadily, and to prolong the service life of these equipments.
