摘要
目的:分析对甲状腺结节患者进行甲状腺超声诊断的应用价值。方法:选择94例从2016年3月—2017年10月于我院就诊并接受治疗的甲状腺结节患者,并采用甲状腺超声技术对其进行检测诊断,而后由本院相关工作人员就该批患者的诊断结果(甲状腺结节良恶性情况)进行全面性和系统性分析。结果:经超声检测显示,该批患者在甲状腺结节良恶性相关数据中存在显著性的统计学差异(良性结节率>恶性结节率,P <0.05)。其中,该批患者的良性结节率为81.19%,恶性结节率为18.81%。结论:利用甲状腺超声检测甲状腺结节,利于医师辨别患者结节良恶性和工作特征曲线情况的基础上提高治疗方案的安全可靠性,值得推广。
Objective To analyze the application value of thyroid ultrasound diagnosis in patients with thyroid nodules.Methods 94 patients with thyroid nodules who received treatment in our hospital from March 2016 to October 2017 were selected,and thyroid ultrasound technology was used to detect and diagnose the thyroid nodules.Then,relevant staff of our hospital conducted a comprehensive and systematic analysis on the diagnosis results(benign and malignant thyroid nodules)of these patients.Results Ultrasonic examination showed that there were statistically significant differences in benign and malignant thyroid nodules among these patients(benign nodules rate>malignant nodules rate,P<0.05).The rate of benign nodules and malignant nodules was 81.19%and 18.81%respectively.Conclusion Thyroid nodules can be detected by thyroid ultrasound,which is helpful for doctors to identify the benign and malignant nodules and the working characteristic curve of patients.
