摘要
目的:分析在原发性肝癌介入治疗中应用超声造影的临床效果。方法:选取2015年5月—2018年5月进入本院接受治疗的原发性肝癌患者共152例,对其进行超声造影诊断,CT诊断和MRI诊断,将超声造影,CT和MRI的诊断结果与手术或穿刺活检的病理结果对比。结果:治疗干预三个月的随访结果显示,超声造影技术的诊断灵敏度显著优于CT诊断与MRI,(P <0.05)。而在特异度方面,三者无显著差异,(P> 0.05)。结论:与CT诊断和MRI诊断相比,在原发性肝癌介入治疗中应用超声造影诊断的效果更显著,故方案推广意义大。
Objective To analyze the clinical effect of contrast-enhanced ultrasound in interventional therapy of primary liver cancer.Methods A total of 152 patients with primary liver cancer admitted to our hospital from May 2015 to May 2018 were selected for ultrasound diagnosis,CT diagnosis and MRI diagnosis.The diagnostic results of CT and MRI were compared with the pathological findings of surgical or puncture biopsy.Results The diagnostic sensitivity of contrast-enhanced ultrasound was significantly better than that of CT and MRI,(P.In terms of specificity,however,there was no significant difference among the three groups in,(P>0.05).Conclusion Compared with CT diagnosis and MRI diagnosis,contrast-enhanced ultrasound is more effective in the interventional therapy of primary liver cancer,so it is of great significance to popularize the scheme.
