摘要 目的:探讨核磁共振联合超声在胎儿中枢神经系统畸形诊断中的应用价值。方法:回顾分析重庆市万州区妇幼保健院2016年7月—2018年6月收治的胎儿中枢神经系统畸形患儿合计30例,所有胎儿均接受核磁共振联合超声诊断,比较2中诊断方式的临床疗效。结果:超声检查与核磁共振检查时特异性无明显变化(P> 0.05);联合检测准确性与敏感性均显著优于单纯的超声检测与核磁共振检测,差异有统计学价值(P <0.05)。结论:在临床医学中,核磁共振联合超声在胎儿中枢神经系统畸形诊断中的应用价值价值极佳,有良好的临床诊断价值。 Objective To explore the value of nuclear magnetic resonance combined with ultrasound in the diagnosis of fetal central nervous system malformation.Methods A total of 30 children with fetal central nervous system malformation treated in the maternal and child health care hospital of Wanzhou District of Chongqing city from July 2016 to June 2018 were reviewed and analyzed.All fetuses were diagnosed with MRI combined with ultrasound,and the clinical efficacy of the two diagnostic methods was compared.Results There was no significant change in specificity between ultrasonography and MRI(P>0.05).The accuracy and sensitivity of combined detection were significantly better than those of pure ultrasound and nuclear magnetic resonance imaging.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In clinical medicine,the value of nuclear magnetic resonance combined with ultrasound in the diagnosis of fetal central nervous system malformation is of great value and has good clinical diagnostic value.
