摘要
目的:探究对老年退行性心脏瓣膜病变患者应用彩色多普勒超声心动图诊断的应用价值。方法:由2016年8月—2017年7月我院收治的老年患者中随机选择131例作为研究对象。将纳入对象根据年龄不同分为对比组、研究组和试验组,对全部纳入患者心动情况应用彩色多普勒超声仪进行检查。结果:对比组共8例患者检出老年退行性心脏瓣膜病变,检出率为11.94%,研究组共9例患者检出老年退行性心脏瓣膜病变,检出率为8.371%,试验组共5例患者检出老年退行性心脏瓣膜病变,检出率为33.33%,三组检出率差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。对比组患者二尖瓣瓣膜病变检出率为25%,主动脉瓣膜病检出率为50%,其他病变检出率为25%,研究组检出率分别为22.22%、44.44%、33.33%,试验组检出率分别为20%、80%。所检出22例老年退行性心脏瓣膜病变患者可见不完全闭合状动脉瓣且呈现线性反流并部分占据左室流出道,4例患者存在喷泉状严重反流现象并完全占据左室流出道。结论:对老年退行性心脏瓣膜病变患者应用彩色多普勒超声心动图诊断应用价值较高,具有临床推广以及应用价值。
Objective To explore the value of color doppler echocardiography in the diagnosis of senile degenerative valvular heart disease. Methods 131 elderly patients admitted to our hospital from August 2016 to July 2017 were randomly selected as the study subjects. The included subjects were divided into comparison group, research group and experimental group according to different ages, and all the included patients were examined by color doppler ultrasound. Results The control group a total of 8 patients were detected with senile degenerative heart valve disease, detection rate of 11.94%, the team a total of 9 patients were detected with senile degenerative heart valve disease, detection rate was 8.371%, the experimental group a total of 5 patients were detected with senile degenerative heart valve disease, detection rate difference detection rate was 33.33%, the three groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The detection rates of mitral valvular disease, aortic valvular disease and other diseases in the control group were 25%, 50%, 25%, 22.22%, 44.44% and 33.33%, respectively, in the study group, 20% and 80%, respectively. Twenty-two patients with degenerative cardiac valvular disease in the elderly were detected with incomplete closure of the aortic valve, linear reflux and partial occupation of the left ventricular outflow tract, and 4 patients with geyseroid severe reflux and complete occupation of the left ventricular outflow tract. Conclusion The application of color doppler echocardiography in the diagnosis of senile degenerative valvular heart disease is of high value.
