采用低电压及低对比剂剂量行冠状动脉CT成像可行性研究

摘要 目的:观察低电压与低对比剂剂量行冠状动脉CT成像的意义。方法:随机将我院72例行128排螺旋CT冠状动脉检查的患者平均分为两组。A组给予常规方法扫描;B组给予管电压80k V与270mg I/m L对比剂实施扫描;比较两组扫描结果。结果:两组对比噪声比及信噪比差异不显著(P>0.05);B组碘摄入量、受照有效剂量(ED)及剂量长度乘积(DLP)显著低于A组(P<0.05)。结论:管电压80 k V+270mg I/m L扫描方案不仅能够降低图像对比噪声比,另外还减小了辐射及对比剂用量,值得推广应用。
