摘要
近些年来,人们逐渐加强了对后天性心脏病以及先天性心脏病变的重视程度,而且微创心脏手术被广泛应用于临床当中。现阶段,手术过程中监护患者的影像诊断技术仅以经食管超声心动图(TEE)。将TEE应用于心脏外科手术中,可及早调整和诊断手术方法,在手术过程中,通过有效的监测方法能够将术中出现的问题及早解决,手术结束后,能够对患者心脏状况以及手术效果进行判断和预测。
In recent years, people have gradually strengthened the degree of attention to acquired heart disease and congenital heart disease, and minimally invasive cardiac surgery is widely used in clinical. At the present stage, the imaging technique of monitoring patients during operation is only transesophageal echocardiography(TEE). In the application of TEE to cardiac surgery, the methods of operation can be adjusted and diagnosed early. In the process of operation, the problems in the operation can be solved early by effective monitoring methods. After the operation, the heart condition and the effect of the operation can be judged and predicted.
