摘要 目的:探究256层螺旋CT高级迭代重组技术在低辐射量肺动脉成像中的应用价值。方法:40例进行肺动脉造影检查的患者按照随机数字表法将其均分为常规组及迭代组,对两组患者的肺动脉CT值和对比噪声比(CNR)进行评估。结果:两组患者检查图像主观评估对比差异不具有统计学意义(P>0.05);迭代组CT值高于常规组,CNR低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:高级迭代重组技术联合256层螺旋CT能够显著提高肺动脉成像图像技术。 Objective To explore the application value of 256-slice spiral CT advanced iterative recombination technique in lowdose radiation pulmonary artery imaging. Methods 40 cases of pulmonary artery imaging were divided into conventional and iterative groups according to the random number table method. The CT value and the contrast noise ratio(CNR) of the pulmonary artery in the two groups were evaluated. Results There was no statistically significant difference in subjective assessment between the two groups(P>0.05). The CT value of the iterative group was higher than of the conventional group, and the CNR was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion The advanced iterative recombination technique combined with 256-slice spiral CT can significantly improve the imaging technique of pulmonary artery imaging.
