摘要
目的:探讨膝关节屈曲位石膏固定对股骨干骨折术后膝关节功能的影响。方法:选择本院收治的84例股骨干骨折患者,均采用切开复位锁定钢板内固定术。84例患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组42例。治疗组于术后麻醉状态下立即石膏固定膝关节于屈曲90°位,术后7天拆除石膏后开始逐渐进行康复锻炼,对照组术后未予石膏固定,术后第7天开始逐渐进行康复锻炼,8周后对两组患者膝关节功能进行疗效评估及股四头肌肌力评估,并进行比较。结果:治疗6个月后,治疗组患者膝关节功能优良率显著高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组患者膝关节HSS评分明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:股骨干骨折术后早期膝关节屈曲位石膏固定能够有效促预防发生膝关节活动受限,值得临床推广。
Objectivee To explore the effect of plaster fixation in knee flexion position on the function of knee joint after femoral shaft fracture. l shaft fracture. Methods Methods 84 cases of femoral shaft fracture were treated with open reduction and locking plate internal fixation in our hospital. They were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group. In the treatment group, plaster fixation of knee joint in 90 degrees of flexion was immediately adopted post-operation under anesthesia. And rehabilitation exercises was began 7 days after surgery while the plaster cast was removed. In the control group, rehabilitation exercises was still began 7 days after surgery while there were not plaster fixation. The function of knee joint and muscle force of quadriceps femoris were compared between the two groups 8 weeks later. f quadriceps femoris were compared between the two groups 8 weeks later. Results Results After 6 months of treatment, better knee function and higher HSS score were achieved in treatment group(P<0.05).. Conclusion Conclusion Early plaster fixation in knee flexion position can effectively prevent the restriction of knee joint activity in femoral shaft fracture, and that is worthy of clinical popularization.
