摘要
目的:探讨儿童人工耳蜗植入术后X线影像学检查的临床价值。方法:收集我院2015年1月—2016年6月收治的126例人工耳蜗植入术后的X线DR影像,并结合文献加以分析。结果:本组126例患者中所有电极均植入耳蜗,无一例电极移位、断裂,2例电极未卷曲,3例电极卷曲度不够,呈C形。结论:X线平片是观察儿童人工耳蜗植入术后常用、简便、经济、辐射剂量低的影像检查方法。
Objective To explore the value of X-ray imaging in cochlear implantation in children. Methods The X-ray DR images of 126 cases of artificial cochlear treated in our hospital from January 2015 to June 2016 were collected and analyzed. Results All the electrodes in 126 patients were implanted in the cochlea,none of the electrodes was displaced and broken, electrodes were not curled in 2 cases, electrode curl. was not enough and showed C-shape of electrode in 3 cases.Conclusion X-ray plain film is commonly used to observe the children after cochlear implantation, to be a simple and Less expensive, low radiation imaging method.
