彩色多普勒超声检查颈动脉斑块与冠心病关系的临床价值分析 被引量:15

摘要 目的:研究分析彩色多普勒超声检查颈动脉斑块与冠心病关系的临床价值情况。方法:选取我院收治的90例冠心病患者为研究对象,为实验组。选择同期于我院进行健康体检的90例健康者为对照组。两组患者均进行彩色多普勒超声检查颈动脉斑块,比较分析相关临床资料,研究实验组与对照组患者斑块积分、病理学分型及斑块发生率等临床指标。结果:实验组斑块积分为(0.86±0.06)显著低于对照组斑块积分为(1.97±0.51)分,具有统计学差异(P<0.05)。实验组IMT为(0.67±0.13)mm,对照组IMT为(1.94±0.26)mm,具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组中,9例为软斑,65例为硬斑,16例为混合斑,病理分型与对照组相比具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:彩色多普勒超声检查颈动脉斑块与冠心病具有重要的临床应用价值,为一种无创检查手段,诊断效果好,可预防心血管疾病,具有推广意义。 Objective To study the analysis of color doppler ultrasound examination of the relationship between carotid plaque and coronary heart disease clinical value. Methods Select our hospital 90 cases of coronary heart disease patients as the research object, the experimental group. Choose the same period in our hospital for physical examination of 90 cases of healthy subjects as control group. Two groups of patients with color doppler ultrasound carotid plaques, the comparative analysis of clinical data, related research plaque integral, the experimental group and control group patients pathology classification and clinical indicators such as plaque incidence. Results The plaque score was(0.86±0.06) was significantly lower than the control group(1.97±0.51) of plaque integral points, with statistical difference(P < 0.05). Experimental IMT(0.67±0.13) mm, control group IMT is(1.94±0.26) mm, with statistical significance(P < 0.05). In the experimental group, 9 cases of soft spot, 65 cases for hard spot, 16 cases for mixed stain, pathological classification statistically significant compared with control group(P < 0.05). Conclusion Color doppler ultrasound carotid plaques and coronary heart disease has important clinical value, as a noninvasive examination means, good diagnosis effect, can prevent cardiovascular disease, promoting significance.
