摘要 牙槽窝自然愈合过程中内部血凝块凝聚而逐步形成骨组织,新生骨骨质较为疏松,钙化程度低,外部周围牙槽骨随着束状骨的丢失而吸收,特别是对于外伤、牙周炎本身存在牙槽骨缺损,导致后期种植骨量不足,影响种植成功率。拔牙位点保存技术就是在拔牙术中或术后通过保存骨组织和软组织来减少牙槽骨吸收,促进牙槽窝内新骨形成的方法,目前临床中常采用微创拔牙、即刻种植等结合引导骨组织再生技术用于前牙美容区和后牙功能区牙位点保存,结合生物材料的使用,提高位点中骨组织和软组织的修复及再生效果。现将该技术作一综述,指导临床应用。 With the natural healing of the alveolar fossa,blood clot condenses to form bone tissue,but the new bone is loose,the calcification is low,and the peripheral bundle of bone is lost,which leads to the resorption of alveolar bone.Especially for the trauma and periodontitis itself,there are bone defects,resulting in the lack of bone mass in the later period,which affected the success rate of planting.The preservation technique of extraction site is to reduce the resorption of alveolar bone by preserving bone tissue and soft tissue during or after tooth extraction,and to promote the formation of new bone in alveolar fossa.At present,the technique of minimally invasive tooth extraction and immediate implantation is used to guide bone tissue regeneration,which is used for the preservation of dental sites in anterior and posterior teeth,as well as the use of biomaterials to improve the repair and regeneration of bone tissue and soft tissue in the site.This technology is reviewed in this paper to guide clinical application.
