CT与MR图像融合在鼻咽癌放射治疗大体肿瘤靶区中的应用研究 被引量：6

摘要 目的:观察CT与MR图像融合在鼻咽癌放射治疗大体肿瘤靶区中的应用效果。方法:本次选取本院住院部(2015年3月25日—2017年4月26日)收治的20例鼻咽癌患者作为研究对象,分为两组,可按照检查方法的不同,即对照组(给予CT扫描技术)、观察组(给予CT与磁共振扫描技术,并进行图像融合)。结果:观察组患者的平均靶区体积大于对照组数据(P<0.05)。结论:CT与MR图像融合在鼻咽癌放射治疗大体肿瘤靶区中具有较高的应用价值,可以在最大限度下降低肿瘤靶区勾画的误差率,提高鼻咽癌局部控制率。
