分层二维斑点追踪技术检测2型糖尿病大鼠左室功能的实验研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的:采用分层二维斑点追踪技术分析2型糖尿病大鼠在成模8周内左室功能的动态变化情况。方法:采用高脂饲养+小剂量STZ腹腔注射建立2型糖尿病大鼠模型。用常规超声和分层二维斑点追踪技术检测对照组和模型组大鼠的左室结构和功能在成模后第2、4和8周的变化。结果:糖尿病大鼠在成模第4周和第8周,心腔大小和室壁厚度较对照组显著增加,而射血分数、缩短率以及内膜层和外膜层圆周应变均显著降低。而在成模第2周,模型组大鼠虽在左室结构和外膜层的圆周应变上无明显变化,但已经出现内膜层圆周应变显著减低。结论:2型糖尿病大鼠的心脏损害是一个渐进性的过程。分层二维斑点追踪可检测出早期阶段出现的心内膜层收缩功能异常。 Objectives To use layered speckle tracking to detect the dynamic changes of left ventricular(LV) function in T2DM rats within 8 weeks after the model established. Methods Established T2DM model rats by high-fat feeding combined with streptozotocin(STZ) intra-peritoneal injection. Conventional echocardiography and layered speckle tracking were used to detect the rats' LV structure and function 2, 4 and 8 weeks after the models were established. Results The model rats had significantly higher LV size and wall thickness, but significantly lower EF, FS, and significantly lower endocardial and epicardial circumferential strain(CS) values when compared to the control group 4 and 8 weeks after the T2DM models were established. Furthermore, layered speckle tracking detected significantly lower endocardial CS in model rats although their LV structure and epicardial CS showed no significant difference 2 weeks after the models were established. Conclusions Cardiac damage in T2DM rats is a gradual process. Layered speckle tracking could detect the subtle abnormality in endocardial myocardium which appeared in early stage.
