摘要
本文通过对"一带一路"倡议的解读,启发医院图书馆文化建设新思路,引用传承、交流、合作的观点,给出建立机构知识库、做好馆风文化建设、构建开放式运行模式等具体的措施,并提出打造"一带一路"沿线国家医学文献资源体系、加强文化交流、共建医学网络平台、建立联盟等多种对外合作建议。
Through the interpretation of the'One Belt and One Road Initiative'initiative,this paper inspires the new ideas of hospital library culture construction,citing the viewpoints of inheritance,communication and cooperation,and gives the establishment of institutional knowledge base,construction of library culture,and construction of open operation mode.The measures and proposed to build a national medical literature resource system along the'One Belt and One Road Initiative',strengthen cultural exchanges,build a medical network platform,establish alliances and other proposals for external cooperation.
