摘要
目的分析泰安市居民死亡资料,了解该地区居民主要死亡原因及其所致的疾病负担。方法使用Excel、SPSS等软件计算泰安市居民2010～2013年主要死因的死亡率、构成比、潜在寿命损失年(potential year of life loss,PYLL)和平均潜在寿命损失年(average potential year of life loss,APYLL)等指标。结果泰安市2010～2013年累计死亡145 019人,死亡率为649.95/10万。其中,男性84 693人,死亡率为749.94/10万;女性60 326人,死亡率为547.48/10万。泰安市居民前5位死亡原因依次为:恶性肿瘤、心脏病、脑血管病、损伤及中毒和呼吸系统疾病,占总死亡人数的92.45%。全死因所致PYLL为2 490 738.89人年,APYLL为17.18年。其中,男性PYLL为1 480 399.33人年,APYLL为17.48年;女性PYLL为1 010 339.56人年,APYLL为16.75年。男性PYLL前5位的死亡原因依次是恶性肿瘤、脑血管病、心脏病、损伤及中毒、呼吸系统疾病;女性依次是恶性肿瘤、心脏病、脑血管病、损伤及中毒、呼吸系统疾病。结论恶性肿瘤、心脏病、脑血管病、损伤及中毒、呼吸系统疾病是危害泰安市居民健康的主要死因。
Objective To analyze the mortality data among residents in Tai’an city during 2010-2013,and understand the main death causes and the burden of disease. Methods Excel and SPSS software were used to calculate the mortality,constituent ratio,PYLL,and average potential years of life loss(APYLL) of main death causes among Tai’an residents. Results A total of 145 019 deaths were reported in Tai’an city during 2010-2013,with the mortality of 649.75/10~5.There were 84 693 male deaths,the mortality rate was 749.94/10~5,and 60 326 female deaths,the mortality rate was 547.48/10~5.The top 5 death causes were malignant tumors,heart diseases,cerebrovascular diseases,injury and poisoning and respiratory diseases,accounting for 92.45%.The PYLL of all-cause deaths were 2 490 738.89 person-years,and the APYLL were 17.18 years.For male,the PYLL were 1 480 399.33 person-years,and the APYLL were 17.48 years.For female,the PYLL and APYLL were 1 010 339.56 person-years and 16.75 years respectively.The top 5 death causes of PYLL for male were malignant tumors,cerebrovascular diseases,heart diseases,injury and poisoning,and respiratory diseases.For female,they were malignant tumors,heart diseases,cerebrovascular diseases,injury and poisoning and respiratory diseases. Conclusion Malignant tumors,heart diseases,cerebrovascular diseases,injury and poisoning,and respiratory diseases are main death causes which affect the population health in Tai’an city.
