摘要
[目的]准确掌握孕产妇、5岁以下儿童死亡的漏报情况,为制定相应的妇幼保健措施提供可靠的依据。[方法]2012年5月,在潍坊市15个县(市、区),调查2011年孕产妇和5岁以下儿童死亡漏报情况。[结果]2011年全市活产82 330人,无漏报。死因登记报告系统中报告孕产妇死亡2例,报告死亡率为2.42/10万;漏报1例(产后出血),校正死亡率为3.64/10万。报告5岁以下儿童死亡420例,报告死亡率为5.10‰;漏报171例,漏报率为28.93%,校正死亡率为7.18‰。新生儿、婴儿、1～5岁儿童死亡漏报率分别为32.59%、31.91%、17.39%。5岁以下儿童死亡漏报率,先天异常死亡最高(42.42%),早产、出生窒息、伤害、传染病死亡的分别为31.46%、28.41%、21.43%、20.00%;医院病房死亡漏报率最高(33.63%),赴医院途中死亡漏报率最低(7.69%)。[结论]潍坊市孕产妇、5岁以下儿童死亡的漏报率较高。
[Objective]To master accurately the missing reports of death registration of the maternal and children under 5 years in Weifang city,so as to provide reliable basis for MCH work.[Methods]In May,2012,a survey was conducted to find the maternal and children under 5 years deaths which were not officially reported,in 15 counties of Weifang city.[Results]The number of birth was 82 330,and had no circs which failed to report.2 maternal fatal cases were reported to the Chinese Cause of Death Registration System,the mortality was 2.42/105.While 1 maternal fatal case(postpartum hemorrhage) was under-reported.The correct mortality was 3.64/105.470 children fatal cases were uploaded to the Chinese Cause of Death Registration System while 183 were under reported(28.93%).The mortality and correct mortality were 5.10‰ and 7.18‰.The rate of neonatal mortality rate,infant mortality and children aged 1-5 were 32.59%,31.91%,17.39% respectively.To children under 5 years,the missing report rate of death caused by congenital anomaly was the highest(42.42%),and that of prematurity,birth asphyxia,accident and infectious disease were 31.46%,28.41%,21.43%,20.00% respectively.The missing report rate of death in ward was highest(33.63%) and on the way to hospital was the lowest(7.69%).[Conclusion]The status of missing reports on deaths is relatively high in Weifang city.
