摘要
目的探讨肾脏损伤的CT检查分期及临床价值。方法收集19例肾损伤患者,采用螺旋CT进行平扫,根据征象进行分期。结果 19例患者中轻型12例,中型5例,重型2例。结论 CT是肾脏损伤的首选检查方法,早期准确分期,了解有无并发症和原发病的存在,选择合理的治疗方案,对预后有十分重要的意义。
Objective Discusses CT inspection which the kidney damages by stages and clinical value.Methods Collects 19 example kidney damage patient,uses screw CT to carry on sweeps evenly,carries on according to the sign by stages.Results In 19 example patients light 12 examples,medium 5 examples,heavy 2 examples.Conclusion CT is the first choice inspection method which the kidney damages,the early time accurate by stages,understood whether there is the complication and the the primary affection existence,does choose the reasonable treatment plan,has the extremely vital significance to the prognosis.
