通过技术改造实现乙烯装置清洁生产 被引量:2

摘要 中国石油化工股份有限公司广州分公司为实现装置清洁生产,采用了一系列技术改造措施:通过增加火炬气回收压缩机,应用低压甲烷烧嘴,增加甲烷氢压缩机等措施,回收了火炬气,消除了低压甲烷和甲烷氢的放空;通过改造废碱氧化装置,使得装置在加工高硫原料时,废碱氧化的合格率保持100%;通过治理裂解炉烧焦气,除去烧焦气中的污染物质;采用双动力头乏汽回收装置,回收乏汽。经过技术改造,实现了装置清洁生产。 SINOPEC Guangzhou Company took some technical modification measures to achieve cleaner production. By adding a flare gas recovery compressor,using low-pressure methane burners and adding a methane hydrogen compressor, the flare gas was recovered and the venting of low-pressure methane and methane hydrogen was eliminated. By modifying the waste alkali oxidation unit,a 100% qualification rate of waste alkali oxidation was maintained while high sulfur feedstock was processed. By treating the decoking gas from cracking furnace,the contaminants in decoking gas were removed. By using dual power head exhausted steam recovery unit, the exhausted steam was recovered. The cleaner production of ethylene plant was achieved via technical modification.
