摘要
运用CFD软件对浴缸式急冷换热器由4入口改造为2入口后裂解气进入换热管中的分配进行模拟优化。模拟计算各种不同条件下的裂解气分配,模拟结果表明,通过增加流体均布器或者改变部分换热管结构可有效的改善换热管中的流体分配情况。通过选择最优方案应用于实际工程设计中,在工程实践中运行良好,进一步验证了本次改造的可行性。
This article uses CFD to simulate the distribution of cracking gas in heat transfer tube after the bathtub type TLE was modified from 4 inlets to 2 inlets. The distribution of cracking gas under various conditions is simulated,and the results show that the fluid distribution in heat transfer tube can be effectively improved by adding fluid dispenser or changing the structure of heat transfer tube.The optimal scheme is selected and applied to the practical engineering design, and its good operation further verifies the feasibility of this modification.
