摘要
抚顺乙烯装置采用美国S&W公司的前脱丙烷前加氢工艺技术。在实际生产中,脱丙烷系统受装置负荷的变化出现塔压偏高、再沸器结垢和分离效果降低等问题。进料负荷和进料组成是影响高压脱丙烷塔稳定运行的主要因素。分别研究了回流量、压缩机气相冷返回量和再沸器加热量等可控制操作变量对脱丙烷系统的影响,根据实际生产情况优化高压脱丙烷塔操作。在整个装置内,急冷系统和分离系统同样会间接的影响高压脱丙烷塔的操作,通过适当的调节可以提高脱丙烷系统的分离效果。
The predepropanization and prehydrogenation technology of S&W international Inc. is applied to the ethylene plant in Fushun.In actual production, there were some problems in the depropanization system such as high pressure,reboiler fouling and reduced rectification effect as the load of ethylene plant changed.The load and composition of feed are the main factors influencing the stable operation of HP depropanizer. This article studies the influence of controllable operating variables such as back flow,cold vapor returns of compressor and heating capacity of reboiler on the depropanization system, and optimizes the operation of HP depropanizer based on actual production. In ethylene plant,quench system and separation system also indirectly influence the operation of HP depropanizer,and the rectification effect of the depropanization system can be improved via appropriate adjustment.
