从地方广电网络的经营现状出发,阐明了大市场业务(集客业务)的基本类型、目标市场的分类和选择,然后就产品策略、渠道策略和运维策略等方面探讨了经营大客户市场业务的思路,这可在一定程度上弥补目前地方广电网络的窘况,对地方广电网络的经营也有一定的启示作用。
