随着三网融合的全面发展,广电行业的商业模式发生了根本性的改变,消费者从传统的"看"电视转变为"用"电视,其需求趋于多样化、分散化、个性化,有线运营商必须加强数字电视高清点播平台的建设,才能够与电信运营商展开竞争,为此而分析了昆广网络高清点播电视发展的思路与实践。
With the integrated development of the triple play,radio and television industry has witnessed fundamental changes in business model and consumers now 'use'TV rather than traditionally 'watch 'TV.Since consumers' needs are more diversified,decentralized,and personalized,only by strengthening the construction of high- definition digital TV on- demand platform can cable operators be able to compete with telecom operators.
