The General Estimate and Budget of Cable Television Engineering is a fundamental work in the man-agement of a radio television company.It can not only help to analyze and control the construction cost and in-vestment, but also shorten implementation scheduling, leading to better investment returns.Thus, this article analyzes the constraint on accuracy of cable television engineering general estimate and budget, discussing its cause of formation, to give strategies to improve the accuracy of general estimate and budget.
