摘要
各种急、慢性的肝损伤会激活肝脏中的免疫相关细胞,如Kupffer细胞,通过释放的大量炎症因子激活肝星状细胞(Hepatic stellate cells,HSCs),HSCs进一步转化为肌成纤维细胞,分泌大量细胞外基质(ECM)如Ⅰ型胶原,最终过量ECM累积导致肝纤维化的发生。Toll样受体(To11-like receptors,TLRs)是人体内重要的先天免疫识别受体,与炎症反应和纤维化形成过程中的信号传递关系密切,其各亚型对肝纤维化的作用不尽相同。文章根据近年来的文献报道,就TLR4、9、3、2、7与肝纤维化的关系加以综述。
All kinds of acute and chronic injury in the liver may activate immune cells,such as Kupffer cells,which secrete inflammatory cytokines.Through this they contribute to activate hepatic stellate cells(hepatic stellate cells,HSCs).Activated HSCs may be further converted into myofibroblasts,which secrete large quantities of extracellular matrix(ECM),such as type I collagen.Excessive ECM accumulation led to liver fibrosis.Toll-like receptors(TLRs) are pattern recognition receptors in human,TLRs closely related to the signal transduction of inflammation and fibrosis,subtypes of TLRs play different roles in hepatic fibrosis.Based on the published reports,this review summarizes the relationship between TLRs(4,9,3,2,7) in liver fibrosis.
