Tra2β蛋白在肿瘤中的研究进展

摘要 转化因子(Transformer)2β蛋白(Tra2β)的编码基因Tra2b在人体中的表达具有组织特异性,其在心脏、骨骼肌和胰腺中表达较高,而在肾脏和肝脏中则相对较低,此外,有文献报道,Tra2b基因在部分肿瘤中会发生明显扩增,如乳腺癌、胃癌、肺癌、宫颈癌以及头颈癌等[1,2]。Tra2β和Tra2α是Tra2的2个亚族,它们具有相似的氨基酸序列和RNA特异性结合能力,Tra2β是这2种同源基因中的'显性'基因.
