摘要 本文主要研究在冬训期间补充BCAA对晨血中及不同负荷运动后血清酶活性的变化,发现补充BCAA对清晨血清中NO和NOS没有影响,但能明显降低运动训练中清晨血清CK、LDH的活性及专项耐力训练后血中CK、LDH活性。结果提示:补充BCAA能有效保护肌肉组织,减轻肌肉组织的损伤。 This study was to investigate the influence of beached-chain amino acid supplementation on serum enzyme. It was found that: 1)the activities of morning NOS and NO were no changes in two groups, but the activities of CK and LDH of BCAA group in 5th week were significant decreased than those in first week, it is not found in control group. 2)After resistance training , the activities of CK and LDH in two groups increased significantly, but the activities of CK and LDH in BCAA group were significant lower than those in control group. These data strongly suggest that BCAA administration BCAA supplementation may reduce the muscle damage associated with endurance exercise.
