摘要
"多校区'网络高速公路'学生管理模式"根据市场分工、细化的原则,在多个校区间利用网络及基层学生管理资源,实行分级、"以块为主、条块结合"的学生工作管理,达到互动立体式管理,从而解决多校区管理资源分散、紧张等问题。多校区"网络高速公路"学生管理模式包括网络总模式(统筹机构在校区成立的网络管理委员会或二级学院学工办网络小组)、网络二级子模式(导生子模式、党建子模式、社团子模式、宿舍子模式、评价子模式等),网络三级模式(班级网络管理)。在保证多校区学生管理高效、有序、信息化的同时,学生的综合素质也得到了提高。
An internet model for student management on campuses that are far away from each other uses the internet and the management resources on each campus to set up an interactive management model, which is based on the principle of market division. It can solve many problems, such as the campuses being too far away from each other, shortage of management resources, etc. The internet management model is made up of the main internet model, the secondary model and the tertiary model. While this internet management makes management more efficient, the overall quality of students can be expected to improve as well.
