摘要
现阶段,房地产业的诚信缺失状况已经成为制约房地产经济健康、稳定、持续发展的瓶颈,要从非对称信息论、博弈论、交易成本论等方面分析其产生根源和制止办法,可以从政务公开、依法行政,建立完善的征信制度等三个方面来构建适合社会主义市场经济的房地产业诚信体系。
At present ,lack in integrity has become the bottleneck for the development of real estate. We should analyze the root of the problem and its solutions from perspectives of asymmetry information ,game theory and transaction cost. It is suggested here that a real estate integrity system suitable for socialist market economy can be set up in three ways.
