摘要
钱学森同志建设"山水城市"的设想对我国城市建设具有重要的指导意义。银川、西安、西宁、成都、贵阳、昆明、重庆等西部城市具有独特的自然条件。建设"山水城市"应顺应山水脾性,因地制宜,防止和减少"建设性破坏",以山水提高城市文化品位。
The ideas of building cities with mountains and water advanced by Qian Xueshen is of guiding importance to China's city construction. The western cities such as Yinchuan, Xian, Xining, Chengdu, Guiyang, Qunming and Chongqing have their unique natural conditions. We should build them into cities with mountains and water according to their characteristics and local circumstances, prevent and decrease the destruction in the course of construction so as to improve their cultural characteristics.
