Exploration of the optimal recycling process for the intermediate material returning to flash furnace

摘要 铜冶炼厂工序复杂,产出的中间物料多是有害元素富集、反应性能较差的在制品,例如黑铜泥、铜砷滤饼、渣包壳等,部分中间物料涉及危险化学品管理,且由于环保要求越来越高,对外处置成本逐步上升,并且对外处置会形成多种微量有价元素流失。从提高铜及微量有价元素回收率,提高企业生产效益角度出发,要求尽可能实现中间物料回炉处理,本文主要介绍了黑铜泥、渣包壳、铜砷滤饼回闪速炉处理所遇到的困难和相应的解决方案。 The copper smelting process is complicated with yield of intermediate material mostly featuring enriched with harmful elements and lower reaction performance,such as black copper slime,copper and arsenic cake,slag ladle skull,etc.Some intermediate material even involves hazardous chemical management.Due to increasingly stringent requirements of environmental protection and increasing external disposal cost,the external disposal will result in loss of a variety of trace valuable elements.Thus,it is required to return to the flash furnace for intermediate material treatment for improving recovery of copper and trace valuable element as well as the economic benefit of copper smelters.This paper mainly introduces the challenges and counter-measures for treatment of black copper slime,slag ladle skull,copper and arsenic cake returning to flash furnace.
