Recently, NDRC released announcement in seeking public opinions related to Industrial Restructuring Guidance Catalogue (2019Edition, Exposure Draft). It is reported in the announcement that according to the requirement and deployment of Opinions of the State Council on Implementing the Negative List system for Market Access and Notice ofthe State Council on the Three-Year Actionplan for the Defending the Blue Sky, NDRC,jointly with other organization concerned,modified Industrial Restructuring GuidanceCatalogue (2011 Edition, Modification), andformulated Industrial Restructuring GuidanceCatalogue (2019 Edition, Exposure Draft), forthe purpose of soliciting opinions from thepublic.
