长壁采场动、静支承压力演化规律及应用研究 被引量:40

STUDY OF DYNAMIC AND STATIC ABUTMENT PRESSURE AROUND LONGWALL FACE AND ITS APPLICATION

摘要 采场支承压力分布特征是煤矿支护设计、冲击地压防治的重要依据。在列举采场矿压显现异常案例的基础上,基于采场应力演化及顶板岩层运动的观测结果,提出长壁采场动、静支承压力的观点,阐述该观点的工程意义,并根据形成特征建立相应的计算模型。研究结果表明,长壁采场存在动态和静态2个支承压力,动态支承压力形成和演化是采场顶板破裂带岩层运动的结果,以煤体屈服为主要特征,静态支承压力是破裂带上方岩层载荷转移的结果,以关键层载荷转移为主要特征,两者在形成根源、形成特征、形成时间、可监测性、影响距离等方面存在不同。最后,展望了长壁采场动、静支承压力学术观点在采矿工程设计及冲击地压防治等方面的应用前景。研究为解释采场矿压显现异常和解决该领域的工程问题提供理论依据。 Distribution of abutment pressure around the longwall face is important for support design in coal mine and rock burst prevention. Based on the abnormal strata behaviors of a number of cases,the viewpoint of dynamic and static abutment pressure around the longwall face was proposed according to the investigation on stress variation and roof strata movement. The engineering significance of the viewpoint was illustrated,and the calculation models of dynamic and static abutment pressure were established according to their respective formation characteristics. The results showed that the longwall face was influenced by both dynamic and static abutment pressure. The formation and variation of the dynamic abutment pressure were resulted from the movement of the strata in fractured zone of roof,and was characterized by the coal mass yielding. The formation of the static abutment pressure was resulted from the load transfer of the strata above the fractured zone of roof,and was characterized by the load transfer of key strata. There were differences in the causes,characteristics,timing,monitoring possibility and influence distances between the dynamic abutment pressure and the static abutment pressure.
