摘要
文章从工业设计学科的特点和设计教育的问题出发,探索在数字化和全球化背景下设计教育和设计师的终身学习机制,分析了设计师终生学习的必要性,提出了建立设计师终身学习机制的建议,为工业设计教育从学校教育发展为终身教育提供参考。一方面技术与市场飞速变化,设计知识的更新速度加快,另一方面,网络的发展又为设计师的终身学习提供了全新的模式和资源。今天设计和设计师的定义应该重构,设计教育也从学校教育走向终身教育。
This paper discussed the design education and lifelong learning mechanism of designers under the background of globalization and digitalization, analyzed the importance of designer's lifelong learning and suggested how to build lifelong learning mechanism of designers from the features of industrial design and the problem of design education. This paper provided reference for industrial design education, which will develop from school education to lifelong education.On the one hand, with the rapid development of technology and market, design knowledge update more quickly than before. On the other hand, Internet provides new mode and resource for lifelong learning of designers. Today, design and designer should be redefined and design education should change from the school education to lifelong education.
