摘要
一座艺术殿堂的运营状况如何,掌门人是关键要素之一。国内外重要演艺机构负责人的遴选,始终是最有挑战性的人事决策。但在艺术管理的研究中,普遍着眼于对'事'的研究,很少聚焦于'人'的分析。在互联网和自媒体背景下的演艺新时代,艺术管理者在演艺行业发展中具有重要地位和独特作用。从中外著名剧院掌门人的访谈中,既可以发现异同,也可以探寻规律,更希望引发更多对艺术管理者的'人'的研究。
The uniqueness of art and the complexity of arts management determine the importance of arts man-agement and the challenges of the performing arts market.The leader of an performing arts institution is a key ele-ment in its operation.Thus,the selection of a leader is always the most challenging personnel decision for most key performing arts institutions home and abroad.However,the study of arts management are generally focused on‘things’instead of‘people’.In the era of internet and self-media,arts managers play an important and unique role in the development of the performing arts industry.From the Q&A survey conducted with leaders from worldfamous performing arts institutions home and abroad,we can discover similarities and differences,explore rules and formulas,and hope to inspire more research on‘arts managers’.
