摘要
在斜井基建施工过程中若使用矿车或串车提升,由于轨道铺设质量不高以及井口摘挂钩频繁,易发生人为安全事故,并且人工效率低。为了保证工程施工的安全,加快施工进度,将焦家金矿望儿山-430m盲管缆斜井提升由矿车提升改为后卸式箕斗提升,实现了自动卸载,避免了因井口手动摘挂钩引发的跑车事故,提高了作业效率。
If using tramcar or train for hoisting in incline construction,man-made safety accident happened easily and man efficiency is low because of the poor track construction quality and frequent hooking on-off.In order to ensure the safety of engineering construction and speed up the construction progress,the tramcar hoisting was replaced by the rear-dump skip hoisting in- 430 m blind incline of pipelines and cables in Wangershan mine,Jiaojia Cold Mine.Comparing with the tramcar hoisting,rear-dump skip hoisting realized automatic unloading,which avoided the accident caused by man hooking on-off on shaft top,and promoted the working efficiency.
