摘要
在梳理碳汇林优势的基础上,全面梳理过往工作,明确碳汇林营造监测过程中出现的问题,以此为契机,广泛吸收过往有益经验,转变工作思路,不断调整优化工作方法,采取切实可行的措施,提升碳汇林质量,积极稳固碳汇林市场,制定详细的监测计划,明确监测的时间节点与相关要求,构建起系统完备的碳汇林营造与监测方案。
This paper figured the problems arising in the monitoring process of carbon sink forest construction on the basis of combing the advantages of carbon sinking forest and the past work.It put forward a series of suggestions for improving the job performance further by taking this opportunity as an opportunity,including extensively absorbing past useful experiences,changingthe work ideas,and constantly adjusting and optimize working methods.Besides,it put forward some practical measures to improve the quality of carbon sink forests,actively stabilize the carbon sink forest market,formulate detailed monitoring plans,clarify the time nodes and related requirements for monitoring,and build a complete carbon sink forest construction and monitoring program.
