摘要
城市建设绿化工程,既要达到美化市容市貌、净化空气环境的目的,也要严控成本支出,提高绿化工程项目效益。从成本控制角度入手,以提高城市绿化管理经济效益为目的,提出全过程的成本控制思路和方法,并提出了一系列保障措施,确保全过程成本控制方法落实到位,达到预期效果。
Urban construction should not only achieve beautification the purpose of various eyesores, purify air environment, also should control cost, improve the efficiency of the greening projects. This article obtains from the perspective of cost control, in order to improve the economic benefit of urban greening management for the purpose, put forward the ideas and methods for the whole process of cost control, and put forward a series of security measures to ensure the whole process of cost control methods in place, to achieve the desired effect.
