摘要 本文提出了用全息双频光栅来实现一种新型的杨氏干涉仪。钠光灯成像于作为次级光源的单狭缝上,其柱面光波经全息双频光栅衍射后,有两个+1级(或-1级)分量形成了两个虚狭缝,在光栅后面的毛玻璃屏上便得到杨氏干涉条纹。全息杨氏干涉仪可进行杨氏干涉和光学相干性测量实验,其相对误差分别为0.8%和2.0%。文中描述了全息杨氏干涉仪的原理、设计和性能。该仪器投入光学教学实验效果良好。对其应用前景也作了简要的讨论。 In the present paper,we have proposed a new type of Young'sinterferometer by using holographic double frequency grating.The cylindricaloptical wave emerging from a single slit,which is placed on the image planeof sodium lamp,is diffracted by the holographic double frequenoy gratinginto two+1st (or two-1st) order components to produce two imaginacy slits,Young's interference fringes are obtained on the ground glass screen set behindthis grating.With the holographic Young's interferometer the experimentsof Young's interference and optical coherence can be done.The relative errorsof Young's interference and optical coherence are 0.8% and 2.0% in testing,respectively.The principle,design and performance of the holographic Young'sinterferometer are also described.This apparatus has been put into the opticaleducational experiment and got good results.The application prospects of thisinterferometer is briefly discussed as well.
