摘要 文[1]中已经指出前置放大器的输入电路采用适当的耦合形式对于获得低噪声性能是很重要的。本文分析了几种常用的耦合形式(变压器耦合、多管并联输入、推挽输入)的噪声性能及最佳耦合条件,供检测仪器前置放大器的低噪声设计时参考。 In Ref. [1] we had showed that the input-circuit must be usedwith a coupled circuit for improvement on the low noise of preamplifier. In thispaper a various kind of coupled circuits (transformer coupled, parallel coupled, andpush-pull coupled) have been discussed, and the optimum design of these circuits aregiven. These conclusions may be used for low noise design of preamplifier. Althoughthe E_n-I_n noise model has been used for noise analysis of preamplifier. But thismodel is incomplete. Because the correlation between two noise sources is ignored.In this paper the noise spectral density model is adopted. And more complete conclu-sions are obtained. Finally. some experinental results are given.
