摘要
为了研究含蜡原油停输再启动规律,保障管道安全运行,搭建了小型环道模拟试验装置。在停输再启动调试试验中,发现环道存在数据重复性差、油样屈服值与实际不符、轻组分挥发大及控温不准等问题,对环道进行了优化。提出一套合理的操作方法与步骤,并研究了静置时间、热处理温度、再启动频率、再启动温度、静态降温速率等多种因素对含蜡原油停输再启动压力的影响。试验结果表明:优化后的试验环道能够完成不同油样、不同管径测试段的停输再启动模拟试验,有助于开展含蜡原油停输再启动研究。(图9,表4,参22)
In this paper,a simulation experiment device based on small loop was built up to study the restart laws of waxy crude oil after shutdown and guarantee the safe operation of pipelines.Several problems were discovered during the shutdown and restart debugging experiment,such as poor data consistency,unconformity between the yield value and the actual value of the oil sample,high evaporation of light components and inaccurate temperature control,so the loop was transformed.Then,a set of reasonable operating methods and steps were developed.Finally,the effects of rest time,thermal treatment temperature,restart frequency,restart temperature,static cooling rate and other factors on the restart pressure were analyzed.It is indicated that the optimized experiment loop can accomplish shutdown and startup experiments on different oil samples in the test sections with different diameters,and it is conducive to the studies on the shutdown and startup of waxy crude oil.(9 Figures,4 Tables,22 References)
