摘要
针对磷矿浮选过程中建模工作量大、效率低等问题,采用Matlab系统辨识工具箱对云南某胶磷矿浮选过程中多因素输入和精矿指标间的数学模型进行辨识.结果表明,使用该方法得到的模型能较好反应浮选过程中的动态特性,在实际的生产过程中具有一定的指导和实用价值.
Aiming at the problem of large amount of modeling work and low efficiency during the process of phosphate flotation,identification toolbox of the Matlab system is used to identify the mathematical model of the multi factor inputs and the concentrate indexes in the flotation process of a Yunnan phosphate mine.The research shows that the model obtained by this method can be used to reflect the dynamic characteristics of the flotation process,which has a certain practical value in the actual production process.
