优化晨间护理流程对COPD急性加重期住院患者症状控制及护理满意度的影响 被引量:2

摘要 目的分析优化晨间护理流程对慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)急性加重期住院患者症状控制及护理满意度的影响。方法选取我院2017年6月至2018年6月收治的COPD急性加重期住院患者75例为研究对象,将其随机分为对照组(36例,一般晨间护理流程)与观察组(39例,优化晨间护理流程)。比较两组症状消失时间、住院时间及护理满意度。结果观察组呼吸困难、咳嗽、咳痰、气促消失时间及住院时间均显著短于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者对护理人员仪容仪表、护理操作、护理态度及服务效率的满意度均显著高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 COPD急性加重期应用优化晨间护理流程可加快患者症状控制速度、缩短住院时间、提升护理满意度。 Objective To analyze the effects of optimizing morning nursing process on symptoms control and nursing satisfaction in hospitalized patients with acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD). Methods A total of 75 patients with acute exacerbation of COPD treated in our hospital from June 2017 to June 2018 were randomly divided into control group(36 cases, general morning nursing process) and observation group(39 cases, optimizing morning nursing process). The symptom disappearance time, hospitalization time and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared. Results The time of dyspnea, cough, expectoration, shortness of breath and hospitalization in the observation group were significantly shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05). The satisfaction of the observation group to the appearance, nursing operation, nursing attitude and service efficiency of the nurses were significantly higher than those in the control group, the differences were significant(P <0.05). Conclusion Optimized morning nursing applies in the acute exacerbation of COPD can speed up the control rate of patient’s symptom, shorten the length of hospital stay, and improve the satisfaction of nursing.
