摘要
目的探讨优质化细节护理在颅内动脉瘤栓塞治疗围术期中的应用效果。方法将医院神经外科72例拟行栓塞治疗的颅内动脉瘤患者按照简单随机化分组方法分为对照组(n=36,实施常规护理)和研究组(n=36,实施优质化细节护理)。对比两组患者护理前、后焦虑及抑郁评分、诊疗依从性、术后并发症发生情况。结果护理后,两组患者焦虑、抑郁评分均降低,且研究组低于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组诊疗依从性优良率高于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组术后并发症总发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在颅内动脉瘤栓塞治疗围术期应用优质化细节护理能减轻患者的负性情绪,提升其诊疗依从性,减少术后并发症的发生。
Objective To explore the application effect of high quality detail nursing in perioperative period of embolization treatment for intracranial aneurysms. Methods Seventy-two cases of intracranial aneurysms patients underwent embolization treatment were divided into control group(n=36, routine nursing) and study group(n=36, high quality detail nursing) by the simple randomization method. The scores of anxiety and depression before and after nursing, compliance of diagnosis and treatment, postoperative complications were compared between the two groups. Results After nursing, the scores of anxiety and depression in both groups decreased, and those in the study group were lower than the control group(P<0.05). The excellent and good rate of diagnosis and treatment compliance in the study group was higher than that in the control group(P <0.05). The total incidence of complications in the study group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P <0.05). Conclusion The application of high quality detail nursing in the perioperative period of embolization treatment for intracranial aneurysm can reduce patients’ negative emotion, improve the compliance of diagnosis and treatment and reduce postoperative complications.
